This is our Missionary journal of what we did on a week to week basis. Some things are spiritual but most are just plain fun. We are on a Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints and we love sharing the gospel with those we meet in our journey here in Germany.

13 Juli 2010 Mazzy's Walk in the Park
So, Mazzy speaking. Um, well, Sister W. took me and my friend, Jenna, on a walk along the Nidder River on Tuesday. The river was extremely lower than usual so it wasn't moving as fast as it normally did. But, it was still very pretty. A little murky and too many mosquitoes, but pretty. While walking, Jenna and I spotted a playground. The swings, slides, and such were different-looking so we decided to "investigate" for a bit. Then, we walked over to a famous mineral water well that, as the legend goes, is supposed to cure you of any illnesses. The water tasted horrible, because, you know, it's mineral water. The flowers and assorted water works were really pretty. After walking a ways, we finally came to... The Berg! Dun dun duh! Basically it's just a play house that looks like a castle. What's majorly cool about it is that it has a full-on moat surrounding it. Cool, huh? They had all these interesting-looking statues next to it so we took some pictures of those. Plus, some random over-sized chairs (obviously we took photos with them). That about sums it up. Tschuss!
